Why did you choose to practice at Weaver Eye Associates?

I did an internship with Weaver Eye Associates while in optometry school and really enjoyed my time spent here.  We have a great patient base and are leaders in the latest technology for eye care.

How does Weaver Eye Associates demonstrate exceptional patient care?

We strive to give excellent care from the time the patient walks in the door until they leave.  They are greeted by a friendly, professional staff and enjoy current technology throughout the eye examination.  We also have convenient hours to best serve our patients.

If you had three words to describe Weaver Eye Associates’ mission statement what would they be?

Caring, Professional, Reliable

How important is the staff to the practice’s success?

The staff is extremely important to the practice’s success because they are involved in the overall patient experience.  Weaver Eye Associates’ staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to all patients.  We hope the patient feels that they had a thorough eye examination and had a pleasant experience while at our office.

What made you decide to become an optometrist?

I decided to become an optometrist because it seemed like such an interesting profession.  Growing up I went to the optometrist frequently for new glasses and contacts and really enjoyed my time spent with the eye doctor.  During my studies in college, I found it amazing that you could detect diseases that were happening elsewhere in the body by just examining the eyes.

What do you enjoy the most about your career as an optometrist?

I really enjoy diagnosing and treating eye disease.  I also think it is very rewarding interacting with patients of all ages and helping them to see clearly.
