We
have a local laboratory that delivers to our office every
day so that your
glasses can be made fast. Most prescriptions are ready in
a few days, and some can be ready the very next day.
OUR
20/20 PRICE GUARANTEE
We will
match any competitor’s price on an identical frame or we
will cheerfully refund the difference if you find an
identical frame at a lower price within 20 days of
purchase and within 20 miles of our office.
WARRANTY
All of our frames carry a
6-month to 2-year guarantee against manufacturer’s
defects, at no additional charge. If your frame is
defective,
simply return the broken parts and your frame will be
repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Ask any staff
member for more details.
30 DAY
EXCHANGE PRIVILEGE*
If
after receiving your new glasses, you decide you don’t
like the frame, you can exchange it for any other frame of
equal value. Check with any of our Opticians for details.

SELECTION OF FRAME STYLES
Our
dispensary has over 1500 frames in stock, more than 3
times that of the average office. Our frame stylists will
help you find the perfect size, shape and color in your
price range.
PROTECTION
AGAINST SCRATCHES
Our
factory applied scratch resistant coating makes all
plastic lenses very tough. We warranty all lenses treated
with our scratch resistant coating for one full year.
Should the lenses become scratched, we will replace them
at no cost to you. (Only one replacement per year). Please
note:
scratch
warranty is valid under normal wear. Normal wear does not
cover product damage (including damage from pets), product
abuse or lost/stolen product.
WE
STAND BEHIND OUR PRESCRIPTION
Our
doctors are available to review your prescription needs if
you have difficulties (at no cost if within 90 days). We
want you to love your glasses!
FREE
ADJUSTMENTS
Through
normal wear, your glasses can become loose and begin to
slip. We will adjust your glasses whenever necessary and
at no cost to you, to ensure you have a proper,
comfortable fit all of the time.
